Entertainment company AEG needed to attract quality candidates to work at MBNA Thames Clippers. As a lot of the roles involve early starts they were keen to filter out those who couldn’t handle the pace.

We spent a day on a Thames Clippers boat, interviewing members of staff and getting a feel for life on the river. Our 10 years of interview experience meant that we were able to the relax interviewee’s and get a real understanding of the challenges and rewards of the roles.

We were also able to offer the full service with photography, online delivery and Instagram videos as part of the package.

The videos are now being used as part of a recruitment campaign and have got great results.
