Latin American restaurant chain Las Iguanas wanted to reduce dependency on recruitment agencies and encourage quality applicants to apply direct.

After conducting research into the values of new recruits Olice created a series of competitions, ran across a number of social media platforms, designed to drive recruitment and stand out from the crowd. The premium videos directed targeted viewers to a custom website where they were encouraged to guess the restaurant to win a cocktail. By running the campaign as a competition we were able to engage and flatter potential applicants, gather data and drive them to restaurants to experience Las Iguanas first hand (our research found that quality placements had experienced the restaurant as a guest) .

The result was an above average click through rate and an immediate increase in CVs received.
